- Assist clients and prepare all documents to obtain all necessary approvals related to bond issuance.
- Coordinate and negotiate with all relevant parties such as registrar, bond holders, representative, and legal advisor. Coordinate with the credit rating agency and assist clients in preparing all required information in order to obtain the best possible credit rating for the company and its bonds.
- Communicate and distribute bonds to target investors for ensuring the success of the transaction.
